Top two showdown

What better way to finish a PGA Tour event than a shoot-out between the world’s top two players?

Dustin Johnson, World No. 1, needed to nail a winding 43-foot putt over a ridge on the final hole to force a playoff… And he did. The putt lasted an incredible 10 seconds.

World No. 2 Jon Rahm must’ve felt sick heading out for the first playoff hole. If he did, he hid it well. The Spaniard made DJ’s miracle putt look mediocre as he sunk one from 66-feet for victory. That’s what I call pinch-yourself golf!

Pairing you with your perfect irons

We mentioned last week that you may want one or two hybrids to replace your longer irons because they’re more forgiving. This week, we’re putting irons under the microscope. Ask yourself: How do they slot into my full set of clubs?

Titleist T-Series Irons

You need to be sure that there are no big gaps between your hybrids and irons, as well as your irons and wedges. You want a smooth transition through your bag, with clubs that allow you to find any yardage or type of shot that may be required.
